Are you making excuses?

Excuses are the enemy of achievement. Many of us hide behind excuses without even realizing that we are doing it. But the cost of making excuses is high.

As I look back on the journey of my life, I now realize that I abandoned excuses from a very early age. As the oldest child. I had the full attention of my parents and grandparents. I was looked upon to play a role like a father. It was a lot of responsibility, but I saw that there was no excuse for me to hide behind. I had to perform.

I now see how this has served me well.

How does a boy who drew up on a poor village with no electricity go on to make millions in Canada?

By not hiding behind excuses.

By always learning, growing, stretching and taking the next step.

When people hear my story, they often tell me that it sounds magical. But there is really no magic to it. I have not done anything I cannot also teach you to do! Anyone can make their dreams come true by simply taking the next step, one after the other.

But there is no room for excuses.
